"The hotel room carpet was filthy and stained, the carpet baseboard was detached in places, the room chair was shredded and worn to the point the foam was showing, the curtains were stained, and the sink and shower were in need of replacement. The room was very dated and nothing like the picture on the website. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The hostess running the buffet breakfast was very service oriented and friendly."

"For the most part the hotel was good, until the cleaning staff knocking on the door waking me up, then slipping a letter under the door (a letter stating that I should use the "Do not disturb" sign if I didn't want to be disturbed) lol...noted!!"

"The rooms had some of the most comfortable beds I've enjoyed in a long time. If I had a complaint, it'd be that the exterior door of my room didn't latch without a bit of extra force. I managed to go the whole night with the door not being latched until 7:40 am when the door itself opened a bit. Also, as I think of it, it took far too long (around 25 minutes with only one person being ahead of us) to get checked in, even having paid in advance. As well, I thought that the 'to go' option for...
