"What a lovely house! The 3 of us came in just to visit Punxsutawney and fell in love with Smicksburg! We enjoyed our stay here so much and would definitely return. "Listing had 3 bedrooms: two with 2 queen beds in each, and one with 3 bunkbeds and a twin bed. Perfect for a group of 8 friends for a weekend away. However, two bedrooms contained just 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed in each. The third bedroom had a single queen bed. When we contacted the host she rather snippily told us that it sleeps 8 and thats how many we booked for. When we pointed out we didn't particularly want to double up, she again stressed that we could all fit in the beds that were...

"House is newly remodeled, sits on the main road and is surprisingly quiet for that being the case. We used little but the bedroom and showers after our days visiting family. I missed having access to a washer/dryer through the week but we made do.The owner is VERY responsive and while we didn't need much, the one thing we asked about was remedied quickly.Overall our stay here met our needs and gave us room to spread out after long days of family togetherness;)"
