A reverse floor plan with vaulted ceilings and oversized windows in the open-concept great room take full advantage of the panoramic ocean views. Entertain family and friends in the living area, which features a gas fireplace, surround sound speaker system, and a generously sized wet bar with wine cooler. An expansive oceanfront deck serves as an extenion of the great room for effortless indoor/outdoor living. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or simply take in the salt air and ocean breezes. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen that boasts granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator and double oven. It overlooks the great room, so guests can still socialize and enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals.
