Cottage is oceanside yet within 1/2 miles are Walmart Starbucks 2 grocery stores 3 shopping centers seafood market pizza liquor store URGENT CARE and within 2 miles are golf course, 20 RESTAURANTS. PERFECT IF YOU WANT TO BE BEACHSIDE YET CLOSE TO EVERYTHING

This house has it all! Great location, super clean, and furnished with linens, beach and bath towels and beach chairs and toys.

The home was as advertised. It was like being in someone's home, cozy. Not only did the property sleep our 8, but the owner was attentive to other details besides 'beds' to make living comfortable for many people: extra baskets and caddies in the bathrooms, bedside charging ports, plenty of floor pillows for group games and tv time, extra outlets, and plenty of seating and tables, and ample parking.Bonus: oceanview from the front windows of the home and a 2 minute walk to public beach access.

Loved the facilities and amenities at this house. Very close to beach access, lovely hot tub, even reached out to give us access to the pool after it was supposed to be closed. Bedding was plentiful and comfortable. Downstairs apartment was a perfect separate room. Tons of “toys” in the beach closet.
