Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles plus a flat-screen TV, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets plus a flat-screen TV, and a full hall bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with ocean views, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV/DVD and a wet bar with sink and icemaker and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8-10, screened porch with table and chairs and a half bath.

Extras: 5 TVs, 2 DVD players, screened porch, outside dining, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), gas grill, outside shower, ocean views, deck swing, wet bar, icemaker, washer/ dryer, Keurig coffee maker, North Point community pool and tennis and linens and towels provided. No Smoking. No Pets. Full weekly rentals only. House Address: 121 Dianne Street. Distance to beach access: 185'. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Singles, 2 Bunk Sets. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.
