  • Our stylish studio apartment is ideal for two guests. In Winter, you can ski in and out of the apartment and in summer, enjoy mountain biking and hiking trails right on your doorstep.



    Offering a large balcony with views of the town and mountains. You are centrally located to all the town of Kitzbuhel has to offer.



    Our apartment also features indoor storage for bikes and secure parking for your car.



    Welcome to the Asten Apartment. Perfectly located near the Hahnenkamm cable car, the ski meadow, and the town. The world-famous Streif downhill run ends just 200 meters away. With the Asten descent, you can start your skiing adventure right from the apartment.



    In summer, the location is ideal for both relaxation seekers and adventurers. Mountain biking and hiking trails are right outside the door, and just a few minutes' walk from the town center, you'll be close to the best bars, restaurants, and shops.



    The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining and living area with a couch, satellite TV, and ample storage space for your luggage. Of course, we also offer free Wi-Fi.



    The apartment includes a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer.
