"The room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. You can also use the onsen in the hotel and the hotel provides all the necessary amenities for the stay. The staff were very helpful and there were english instructions printed to help us understand the check in/check out, onsen usage, etc. ..."

"An old school travel hotel with a nice onsen. This was a great jumping off spot to see Lake Mashu observatory, drive down to Sunayu Onsen and dig your own onsen, etc. Staff were friendly, breakfast was traditional Japanese breakfast. Overall, nice and easy stay."
