"Unfortunately we had a bad expu our original booking in Payaller Alanya. Thankfully Hotels.com found us another villa and we ended up staying here at Ottoman Villas. The villa was super and we enjoyed our stay there. It was around 30 minutes from Alanya so we had to travel by taxi to explore the touristic areas of Alanya. "

"We enjoyed the villa but there were a few little problems worth noting for other people. There are water problems in Avsallar which affected us - we lost water for a few hours on a couple of occasions so you need bottled water. We also had a power cut because of faulty wiring in the villa that happened when we were away, and unfortunately we had to throw away two days of refrigerated food as a result. "The place is in great shape. Shower door slides easily and seals tight. All the faucets worked and were not stuck. The patio slider is huge and rolled effortlessly The staff was always helpful The manager was checking every thing every day. The beds are typical Turkish hard beds and the kitchen lacks simple amenities such as a breadboard, dishwashing liquid and tea towels. There are a lot of lightbulbs that need replacing too. Great location to the beach and there’s even Irem Beach loungers."
