"Getting into the apartment took a little trial and error with the code provided. The code provided after check in didn't work. I had to call a couple of times and wait for 15 mins before I heard from someone that they were looking into it & provided a functional building code. After getting in, we found the previous guest's socks and underwear left behind the door in the bathroom. "Nice and peaceful setting. The conference rooms were well maintained and the refreshments were wonderful.
My room in the annex was a bit sparce. No elevator and I was on the third floor with not so good a knee.
No kettle or water in the room, but fortunately the front desk gave me a kettle for boiling water."
