"Some pros: great brunch; affordable rates; great restaurant; excellent sauna; close to transit. cons: awful wifi - almost to the point we couldn’t use it; hidden fees ($10 euro per day for spa - and terrible tracking and transparency); limited English with staff (chat GPT and my broken Czech helped); some older spa staff rude (young staff were great) and made us feel unwelcome and stupid."

"I found the staff very friendly and happy to answer any questions :) the room was lovely, clean and spacious, close to so many local sights and good pubs/restaurants. If I am ever back in Znojmo i would definitely stay here again."
