"I’ve rated this property higher than I typically would because of friendly and helpful staff. The property and room were OK but the location not a favorite. The room was set up with plenty of storage and seemed clean. The grounds were trashy when we arrived (late Sunday afternoon) but cleaned by early Monday morning. There is a restaurant on site which was convenient and good. Overall, an OK budget stay but Klamath Falls and area not what we expected."

"Check-in was easy but not friendly at all. The room was clean, parking was easy, and the kitchenette was great. Our room was unlevel. I put my water bottle on the counter and it rolled to the other end. It was unsettling, made us both feel dizzy, lol. Check out was also easy since all you have to do is lock the door."

"The property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our room but wish there was shelves or another place for storing clean dry towels other than on top of the sink counter. The area was resort area was perfect for walking my pups and the pet relief stations were good. We ate ribeye steaks at the restaurant on property. It was delicious. We also enjoyed the view on the patio while we ate. We did not have time to enjoy the amenities around the resort but it look like there was plenty to enjoy. Definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Klamath Falls area."

"Clean and great bed. Would be 5 stars except no n room coffee maker and our room was next to the elevator which we heard all night. It wasn’t super loud, but loud enough."
