"The owner (or manager?) was very nice and welcoming. He immediately replaced broken microwave oven, no questions asked, and let us move in 1 hour earlier. The room had all necessary amenities, not to mention full kitchen with even some utensils. The only complaint was the mattress - I felt the slightest movements of my wife which was quite disturbing. "
