"Check-in representative was very rude at our arrival, because we did not bring cash to pay for breakfast and pet fee. According to expedia reservation breakfast was included. Place is old, urgently needs refurbishment. We were told several times that we got a very low price from expedia, it seemed she was expecting us to pay the difference. Long story short, never again. We better pay more. "

"- I wanted to contact a hotel to confirm our reservation, because online payment was not succesfull (according my bank) even Expedia thought is was already paid. - It was hard to contact them, one phone numbers on expedia pages is wrong. When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. Mass with reservations and their evidence. - Hotel pushed us to have a silvester dinner and self service cathering with champane (30 euro/person), but the cathering...
