The cost of linens and towels and cleaning fee should be built in to the final price but in the fine print it says you must pay in cash this extra amount. "The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...

"Ein Haus in traumhafter Lage. In dem Haus fehlt es an nix. Vermieterin war immer erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für tolle Wanderungen und zu anderen Stätten. Die Straße ist von der Terrasse aus zu hören aber störte uns nicht. Im Haus bekommt man davon nix mit. Wir kommen gerne wieder ins hat es mega gefallen."

"Wir haben 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Heidi`s Häuschen in Bad Mitterndorf verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Frisch renovierte Bäder und eine komplette Ausstattung im Haus und Garten tragen dazu bei, dass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Das Freizeitangebot in Bad Mitterndorf und Umgebung ist auch im Sommer sehr vielfältig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!"

"Das Landhaus liegt sehr abgeschieden. Nachts ist es bei Wolken absolut dunkel und ruhig. Man hört nur die Steyr rauschen oder den Wind in den Bäumen. In etwas Abstand am Haus vorbei geht ein Wanderweg die Steyer entlang, der schöne Ausblicke auf das klare Bergwasser bietet. Da das Landhaus ganz unten im Flußtal liegt, ist es sehr windgeschützt. Mit den Öfen ist schnell geheizt und es verbreitet sich eine gemütliche Wärme. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, aber sehr stilvoll. Meine Frau und ich waren...

"We stayed at Haus Lehner im Wald for a nearby family wedding. The property was very well looked after and clean with everything we needed. A beautiful setting and a perfect base for exploring the local area and lakes. There are shops and supermarkets within a 10 minute drive. Our first summer evening was spent eating in the courtyard sampling the local food, cider and schnapps. Very peaceful and away from it all."

Their Breakfast offerings have both cold and hot stations. They had fresh fruits and fresh veggies.
