"I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! "The property is beautiful and the staff welcoming. Wish we could have stayed in Mossel Bay longer."

"The accommodation generally was good. We were received. We requested two single beds when booking and was given a king. This was changed to two singles while we waited. Other guests were extremely loud and messy outside. The mess wasn't cleaned. Breakfast was 7 am to 9 am. No one was around at 7 for the breakfast nor was anyone there to hand our keys to so we just left. accommodation was decent but service was poor. the person who received us appeared to be hanging with the noisey guests."
