"Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal im Seehotel Heidehof. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb und ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Gefreut hatten wir uns auch auf das sehr gute Essen im Restaurant, allerdings wurde die Karte etwas eingekürzt und die Auswahl war für uns nicht wirklich passend. Daher mussten wir leider woanders Essen gehen. Im Haupthaus hatten wir Probleme mit der WiFi Verbindung, die im Nebengebäude ohne Probleme funktionierte. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

"Wir haben nur eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hier verbracht und waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Wir haben nicht damit gerechnet, abseits der Hauptstrecke ein so angenehmes Hotel zu finden. Große gemütliche Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Möglichkeit zu einem Spaziergang zur Burg - es passte alles. Gerne wieder!"
