"Reception not pleasant"

"Das Personal ist freundlich, das Hotel ist sauber und es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze direkt gegenüber (zumindest während unseres Aufenthalts). Wenn man zu spät zum Frühstücken kommt, muss man eventuell auf einen Tisch warten. Das Hotel informiert auch darüber, wann das Restaurant normalerweise voll ist. Wir sind zufrieden und empfehlen es weiter (Familie mit 2 Kinder)."

"We arrived early and were allowed to check in without any issues, very flexible parking arrangements and close to the airport for early morning departure. Definitely recommend for a night stay close to HAM airport"

"Uncomfortable beds, room was vaguely clean but still lots of cobwebs. Front desk tried to get me to pay for the room again even though it had been paid for through Expedia. This happened several times despite Expedia calling the front desk - eventually it was sorted, but it took a lot of my time chasing it. To be clear, the Expedia support was very good - it was the hotel that was the problem. Breakfast is poor (for the price). I would not stay here again."

"This property was listed as a guesthouse with one bedroom over a bakery in town. Then we were given instructions to go somewhere else in the the middle of know where. It was a hostel that only provides one room and bathroom. The kitchen and refrigerator were shared among all the guests. The room was filled with spiders everywhere. It didn’t appear dusted. Spider webs were hanging from the ceiling and tv and door ways. No where to walk to a store or restaurant. "
