They reached out before our stay to let us know how to get into the property, tell us about the areas, and shared some activities with us. "Awful service from the property host amd vrbo. After payment was made, I contacyed the owmer of property. He told me he has no space and is already fully booked. Dod not help me any further. Still waiting for vrbo to hep me with this matter and hoping to get a refund for it was not possible for us to book in."
