"Lovely place, quiet and accessible walk to town. Go across street to private area, sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. The manager was a lovely lady, very helpful. People in the town, not so much! Not engaging at all! "

"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"We had a great time in Angie and Philipp’s property. It was by far the best place we stayed in our Europe trip. Angie met us on arrival and showed us the place. Then my kids played soccer and hide-and-seek with hers, which was the highlight of their trip so far. They also really enjoyed the matchbox cars and toy horses. Everything was very neat and tidy. "Only 20-30 from Salzburg by train, this apartment is clean, comfortable, and convenient. Everything was communicated well The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Ainring is a quiet town with a few coffee shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The local train service both to Salzburg and Berchtesgaden were always on time We had a fabulous week We highly recommend the Hahnei-Huaba restaurant that is a 20 min walk from the apartment."

"Fascinating historic building and street and great location for walking to the old city, Mirabelle Palace, restaurants, and nature trails. We loved the view of the fortress from the rooftop terrace. Note that there are shared washing machines but no dryer. There is a large drying rack. We loved the touches of stone peeking out throughout the building. Quiet street given how handy it is to everything. "
