"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. "Overall, it was a good stay. The check-in process was a bit confusing because the front desk was located right next to the restaurant, making it difficult to tell whether the staff were hotel employees or restaurant staff. One issue I had was that housekeeping did not clean our room even though we placed the sign on the door requesting service. After a long day of touring, we had to contact the front desk just to get fresh towels. However, the front desk staff were very friendly, responsive, and quickly provided extra towels and any other amenities we needed. I wasn’t a big fan of the location, as it is quite far from the Old Town. Since this is a Marriott property, I think I had higher expectations. While the service was good, it wasn’t quite at the level I expected from the brand. I may have visited at an unfortunate time, as the large shopping mall nearby was closed due to a holiday and Sunday trading hours. Without access to the mall, I didn’t see much advantage to staying in this area."

"Good AirCon. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Very nice staff. Shower was strong and hot. LOTS of art in the room, it might bother some, it didn’t bother me having Marilyn Monroe looking in on the toilet. Breakfast seemed expensive, so I gave it a miss. 10-15 minutes outside of city centre by bus. But the bus stop is right at hand, every 10 minutes on weekdays. I did have to buy a bottle of water, seems they should have provided one in the room. Some good restaurants about 6-7 minute walk down the street."
