We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel.

Unser 4. Aufenthalt im Hotel. Der Spa Bereich ist modernisiert und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Saunen teilweise mit Blick auf die Müritz. Die Zimmer in der orangerie benötigen mal eine kleine Renovierung. Die Terrassen hätten Farbe nötig. Das Personal ist wie immer sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. So wie man es sich wünscht. Besonders die Damen im Frühstücksbereich sind super!

Badezimmer war schlecht, Badewanne und Duschvorhang fanden wir nicht toll, Duschkopf war auch unmöglich. Zimmer war im Erdgeschoß, der Ausstieg auf den Balkon war recht hoch und er hätte sauberer sein können. Ich war das 3. Mal in diesem Hotel und hatte bisher immer schöne Zimmer incl.Bad. Aber dieses Zimmer war eine Note 5

Das Ambiente ist einzigartig , Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend , Sehr guter Service und reichaltiges Frühstücks Büfett. Zur Zeit finden noch Umbauarbeiten statt im SPA Bereich . Für das Krimmi Dinner war der Spiegelsaal etwas zu Klein .

Ok but service to be improved

Beautiful location. Reception was extremely nice and polite. Couple of minutes later we wanted to make a reservation for the hotel’s restaurant and they said it was fully booked in a clipped and uninterested tone. What can be improved? Inform the guests about booking in advance or make them clearly aware that there are no possibilities of having a warm fresh meal near the hotel.

Anspruch und Realität liegen weit auseinander

„Das Durchschnittliche gibt der Welt ihren Bestand. Das Außergewöhnliche ihren Wert.“ Dieses Zitat von Oscar Wilde ist die Unternehmensphilosophie der Inhaber. Wenn man einmal erleben möchte, wie weit Anspruch und Realität auseinander liegen können, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben: 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit auf das Essen (es waren insgesamt 7! Gäste im Restaurant), dass auch noch unvollständig war. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unterirdisch. Angeblich sollte das Hotelzimmer 19qm groß sein, dass war es definitiv nicht. Das sogenannte „Doppelbett“ sind zwei zusammengestellte Einzelbetten, mehr brauche ich dazu wohl nicht zu sagen :-(. Lediglich zwei Positive Punkte kann ich nennen: die Lage des Hotels, mit dem gewissen „Special Effect“ durch das Schloss und das gute Frühstück , verbunden mit einer aufmerksamen und freundlichen Bedienung. Insgesamt kann ich diese Unterkunft aber leider nicht empfehlen.

Wenn ich wieder einmal ein Monteurzimmer suche, dann wiederhole ich diese Buchung. Aber das ist nicht meine Absicht. Ramponierte Möbel - tote Fliegen an der Wand- einen Uralt-TV - der dafür aber wenigstens nach 10 min von selbst ausgeht. Und und und —— für das Geld nie wieder !

Schönes Hotel direkt am See mit Anleger und Strand. Die Zimmer haben kleine Balkone. Das Frühstück war lecker und vielseitig. Toller Wellnessbereich. Gerne wieder. Schade nur, dass unser Zimmer nicht direkt im Schloss lag.

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels und ansprechende Gestaltung der Außenanlagen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Mobiliar des Zimmers entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen von einem Schlosshotel. Die Sessel waren sehr unbequem und das Kopfkissen eine Katastrophe. Das Zimmer lag direkt über dem Frühstücksbereich und zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr wurde man von den Vorbereitungen geweckt. Um 7 Uhr frühstückten die ersten Gäste mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Bei höheren Temperaturen war der Gang vor dem Zimmer wie eine Sauna, da der Frühstücksbereich komplett von Glas umschlossen ist (Orangerie). Leider kam es niemanden in den Sinn, die oberen Dachluken zu öffnen.

Wir haben 3 Nächte in der Orangerie übernachtet mit einem phantastischen Ausblick zum See . Alles ist hell , freundlich und groß . Das Haus ist ruhig und blitz sauber . Das Personal überaus freundlich und stets zuvorkommend und das Frühstück ausreichend für einen schönen Start in den Tag . Und ein besonderes Plus ist der hübsche Pool .Wir waren rund um zufrieden und kommen ganz sicher wieder .
