About this property
Ivan's holiday house with private swimming pool
- Situated near Split, this beautifull house is located just a few steps from the river Jadro. By the house there is a large tavern where guests can enjoy in barbecueing. With four bedrooms this spacious home is ideal for a group or large family. Swimming pool dimensions are 8,5m x 4m. The pool has basic equipment + massage and automatic water treatment with electrolysis (chlorine) and pH regulation.
The entire house is air conditioned and has fully equipped kitchen. There are three double rooms and in one of them there is an option to put two more beds(if needed) and one single room. Every room has its own balcony.The two bathrooms come with a washing machine and hair dryer. A big living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and free Wi-Fi.
We offer van transport for 8 people. Price per agreement.
