Location
This completely renovated vacation home is located in Klixbüll near Niebüll. Here, you’re just a five-minute drive from restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery, and a pharmacy. The surrounding area offers numerous places to visit: From Niebüll (train station 5 km away), you can easily reach the island of Sylt by train. The islands of Föhr and Amrum are accessible by ferry from Dagebüll (approx. 15 km away). The Danish peninsula of Rømø, with its impressive sandy beaches, is about an hour’s drive away. In Klixbüll, you’ll find a heated wave pool.

Amenities
The 100-square-meter vacation home features three bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, and the third is on the upper floor. Upon your arrival, the beds will be freshly made so that your vacation can begin right away. Upstairs, there’s also a modern shower room and a cozy nook for relaxing.

The open, well-equipped kitchen invites home cooks to get cooking: Here you’ll find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, an induction stove, a coffee maker (4-cup capacity), a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and a dishwasher. The cozy sitting area offers plenty of space for social gatherings. The living area, with its comfortable sofa set, is ideal for cozy evenings by the fireplace or exciting movie nights in front of the large flat-screen TV. The bathroom on the first floor features both a shower and a bathtub for relaxing moments. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. The sheltered patio is the perfect place to wind down at the end of the day.
