Perfekter Urlaub

Sehr schön und das Ferienhaus ist etwas abseits der Touristenhochburgen und damit ruhig gelegen. Ideal für alle, die es ruhig und entspannt mögen.

Verärgerung pur

Beim Buchen des Ferienhauses, wurde im Inserat ausdrücklich ausgeschrieben: > "Haustiere erlaubt" (MEHRZAHL) so auch in der Beschreibung: > "(Haustier(e): Ihr kleineres Haustier ist hier herzlich willkommen zzgl.15,-€/Üb). Beim Buchungsvorgang kann man lediglich die Personenzahl angeben > und den Haken setzen "ich reise mit Haustieren an" Berechnet wurde uns hier zzgl. 105,-€ wegen des Hakens für die Haustiere. Bei Abholung des Schlüssels wurde mündlich wegen Haustieren nachgefragt. Als mein Mann wahrheitsgemäß antwortete, dass wir 4 Erwachsene und 3 Hunde seien, bekam mein Mann zur Antwort, dass dies nicht ginge. Es sei schließlich nur 1 Hund erlaubt. Mein Mann traute seinen Ohren nicht, denn wir hatten alle möglichen Angaben richtig gemacht. Nach einigem hin und her und telefonischer Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter seitens der Agentur mussten wir nun nochmal zusätzlich 210,-€ zahlen. Insgesamt haben wir nun allein für die Hunde 315,-€ zahlen müssen (für 7 Tage Aufenthalt). Es handelt sich um Hunde die alle 4 Wochen gebadet und geschoren werden und allergiefreundlich und NICHT haarend sind. Also alles in allem eine sehr unerfreuliche Vorgehensweise. Wir könnten es nachvollziehen, wenn durch unsere Hunde ein zusätzlicher Reinigungsaufwand entstanden wäre, dies ist jedoch nicht der Fall. Zumal es hier mit der Endreinigung ohnehin nicht so eng gesehen wird. Wir haben bei Ankunft als erstes gereinigt.

Sauberkeit/Ausstattung

Leider wurde es mit der Sauberkeit unter dem Sofa und dem Bett nicht so genau genommen. Auch auf dem Rasen lagen viele Hundehaufen. Leider waren nur 2 von 3 Betten bezogen.
