"The staff was super friendly and helpful! The dining room was open till 9:00 so we snuck in a late dinner when we came in. They also arranged our very early AM transport to the airport and even made up a lunch for us since we were going to miss the breakfast in the morning. A lovely, relaxing place."

"We took a junior suite room. Overall it was good, very clean, just gave a very sovietic impression: the furniture style, walls, broken elements here and there.
Room felt very cluttered with furniture, was difficult to walk around, mattress old type with metal springs inside that poke out in some spots so was giving a numb ribs or hurting here and there at night."

"First of all,I am asking two night of refund because out of 3 night stay, there was NO HOT WATER AT ALL.How do you take shower? First of all Ana,receptionist was really nice but they shouldn't have told that someone will be there from 8 am to 8 pm. I sent message that I will be arriving by bus around 4 pm. I arrived at 5 pm. No one was there. I didn't had password to open the main door. Luckily one lady open the door for me. Second as soon as I enter my room no.106, I wanted to take shower...
