Christopher at the front desk provided elite customer service not only during check in but continued to do so during my entire stay. The concierge Joao always goes above and beyond for me. Ray (Ramon) at the pool was very sweet and provided excellent service. The propery is well kept, very clean, gorgeous views, and the location is perfect. Rooms are clean with amazing views and the matress and pillows are heavenly so a good night sleep is guaranteed. I will continue my stays here because the staff consistently goes above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this property! Thank you Eden Roc for yet another amazing stay... "
