"Had to move rooms because shower head was pouring out water from the wall at 4 am in the morning. Room we were moved into had issues with shower pressure and temperature, thought it was going to stall mid shower. Staff was very sweet and helpful, room was clean."

The manager move my reservation to the first floor, which was much better for me since I have problems with my ankles."

"We were impressed by this Holiday Inn property! The common areas and rooms are well-maintained and clean. Extra thank you to housekeeping because the tiny details of our room were clean (i.e. shower curtain bar was clean when wiping the top of it to hang a towel from it)!! The breakfast area is well-organized, clean, well-stocked, food was fresh and did the job to get our days started. The beds and pillows (haven't had such nice pillows even at high end hotels!) were comfortable and did not feel like I was laying in a past guest's body imprint. The staff were super courteous, helpful, professional, and very patient considering they were mostly occupied by many 11 year old baseball boys and their families. The pool area was spacious and warm. This property seems to be well-managed and run so hold onto your employees because they're great!!"

"I only had a few issues with the stay that I didn’t complain about. One our room was hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature. The unit in the room was off and wouldn’t turn on. The controller on wall only had the base mounted no controller. The breakfast was horrible very bland and empty trays. Our 2nd morning we decided to go elsewhere and pay to eat. Other then those issues the stay was good."
