The airline forgot our luggage and our hosts were most kind and helpful while getting things settled for the airline to deliver our bag. The place was warm and inviting, and was well kept! "The hotel is well situated in the centre of Bakewell, only stayed for one night in a classic room (the basic) which was large, clean and comfortable. We had dinner in hotel restaurant the evening menu was a bit limited for me (I’m a fussy eater) but the food was good, breakfast was excellent good variety on continental and freshly cooked hot breakfast and the dining room staff were friendly and helpful. All together I have no complaints "
