"Staff were helpful. Hotel is central to most things people need. The downside is there is no parking apart from off street and the hotel does not have a bar/restaurant. However it is perfect for a short stay."

"Stayed for business, very good indeed and made a nice change from the traditional chains. WiFi worked great, shower was great, staff very friendly, room had some nice lighting touches. The only thing which was slightly inconvenient was the renewal of parking each day. Stayed for 3 nights but can only pay / book every 24 hours which either means you have to remember each day and / or watch the times. Arrived at 4pm, paid for 24 hours but then had to renew the following morning first thing as I wouldn’t have been back to the hotel in time later in the day. Would be far more convenient to be able to pay for the full duration up front, one less thing to worry about but overall that’s a minor thing, especially if you remember to do it!"

"I had a one-night stay while travelling via the M1. I didnot use many of the amenities. The parking was paid, which felt a little odd considering it is right off the motorway and most people arrive by car. Food was decent as well."

"Rooms showing there age and in urgent need of refurb to justify the cost , not updated since Leonardo took over. Extremely worn / bare carpets on this occasion with very basic shower"

"Room and bathroom very clean and quite big. Toilet slightly loose and water pipes make one hell of a racket but we had a wonderful stay and had a really lovely steak in Marco’s"
