"From the second we walked in we were greeted with lovely reception staff, the lady who served us was amazing kind and always had a smile , the room was unbelievable and clean, would 1000% be my first choice for a hotel getaway again! "

"Hotel was great value for money, rooms where clean and well appointed. We had views out over the countryside, which was lovely. Breakfasts were delicious and it was table service. We ate in the restaurant the food was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Cliffe was just outside of Ludlow but only a very pleasant (with slight incline) 10 - 15 minute walk into a beautiful interesting town."

"This is a great place to stay for Worcester and Malvern. Good pub accomodation and food is excellent. Staff are lovely , this was our second stay and will probably be back."
