"Booked the Delux Queen Room as it looked the best through the photos provided. Was quite disappointed with how outdated everything was, considering it is the most expensive room. Booking a cheaper one would have given me the same quality and saved me some cash 😔

"Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean, quiet, and easy to get to. The staff was absolutely amazing! The airline lost one of our bags and it happened to be the one with our converters in it. The staff was kind eblnough to loan us one for the night so we could use a medical device. The next day when our bag was delivered the staff placed it in out room so it was waiting for us when we got back late that evening."

"The property needs refurbishing .... even a coat of paint would help.
Not the cleanest.
Nobody EVER was at reception, to help / provide information store bags on departure etc.
There WAS a telephone contact but it's a pain, when you compare it to a reception service.
I paid for a trundler bed for 1 night, but no additional towel was provided."
