"The hotel was very hard to navigate at night because there were hardly any good lighting outside. Since we arrived after dark, it was hard to see where to park and get into the hotel. Plus, when we got to the hotel, the discount for AARP which we had hoped to get after reserving the room, was not applied to our charge for the room because the hotel staff said it had to be done when we made the reservations that were made thru you folks and we did NOT have the opportunity to use the discount at the time of reservation. Your website did not offer that to us!!!! We won't be staying at your hotels anymore if we do NOT get that discount for this room and a refund for the discount."
