"The style of the rooms is very nice but the mattress and pillows were very hard. There is no lift or offer of help with your luggage. I have a 35kg case and it wasn’t great. The food area is left open to flies and the fish wasn’t refrigerated so I’m unsure on the hygiene standards being very good here, along with the risk of contamination."

"Sadly most of the staff was unfriendly (except one guy who showed us our dorm room) and not motivated to interact with residents or help (some even ignored the guests). Lots of the inventory (e.g. showers or dorm room beds) was broken and needed repair, but no one seemed to care. Also, it‘s one thing to set up strict rules, but the other thing is how you communicate them to the guests. We didn‘t feel welcomed and were happy when we finally left."

"We had a good stay at this property we stayed for a week but it's good to keep in mind that this property is in the heart of phi phi so you won't be able to sleep till 2am due to live music. The staff are nice however and is a nice hotel if you don't need to sleep early. "

"It was okay hostel, not too clean and not too comfort to be honest. There was no privacy, and it was quite noisy at nights because there’s a bar right front of the hostel. The beds were okay, toilets wasn’t so clean. It was okay, but would have expected more."

I absolutely loved everything! They booked the motorcycle for us. They got our laundry done! It was the best decision made to book Andakiri for our stay at Ao Nang. "We had a great stay here! They upgraded our room for us and gave us our own personal pool on our balcony! The hotel pool was also beautiful and looked out right onto to the beach, which was just a few steps away. The location was awesome because it was right on the beach and a short walk from the main shopping, dining, and entertainment area in Ao Nang. Great property and location overall! "
