This resort was beautiful and very relaxing. I was worried about eating all our meals here but the food was quite good and there was a great variety of choice. The two managers (owners?) were exceptional in helping us with all of our complicated travel and also helped me to get to the pharmacy for some ear drops. The dining room staff, while competent, were pretty quiet -- not sure if it was due to language barrier, but by far the least interactive staff of all my travels in southeast Asia. ...

The name of the resort "Tinkerbell" does not do it justice. This is not a family resort, it is the most romantic beach resort for couples. Located on the best beach on the island with a long clean sandy beach, shallow warm clean water and lined with tall palm trees makes for a beautiful setting. Staff was very professional and warm, greeted us at arrival, told us everything we needed to know and was happy to answer all questions. Rooms were spacious, with pool access out of the room being the highlight, great big bathroom with showers/massive tub. Gorgeous location right on the bay. The cabanas were smallish and simple but completely adequate for my needs including a small refrigerator and a hot water kettle. The bed was large and very comfy. Hanung, his staff, Fern, the owners and everyone was hospitable. Very friendly and made you feel like you're at home. The bungalows were very clean and the view to the ocean was amazing. I would recommend for anyone that wants a private setting or even family friendly setting this is the place. They can help you with motor bike rentals to finding you a nice relaxing massage on the beach.
