Ett fint hotell som tyvärr har tappat sin forna glans. Det var bättre service och högre standart för 8 år sen. Vi hade bokat rum för 3 personer men det fanns sovplatser för bara två i vår villa. När vi påpekade för receptionen att vi hade en bokning för tre personer blev vi erbjudna att få en extra säng mot betalning. Då de redan bjöd på frukost för tredje personen. Vilket jag anser är dålig service och konstig resonemang. Efter att vi argumenterade tillbaka fick vi en extra kudde och en extra handduk utan extra kostnad men behövde fortfarande sova tre personer i dubbla sängen. Vattnet i kranen var salt och det blev kraftiga missfärgningar om det råkade komma på vita kläder. Sängkläderna var slitna, missfärgade och med håll i. Dock otroligt mysigt med utomhusbadrum och spektakulär location. Även om ön är tyvärr mycket mer exploaterad än för några år sen.

Amazing island mediocre resort

The island is beurifull and the staff freindly and helpfull. However the resort is very worn down and somewhat poorly managed. For instance it is a constant lack of beach towels. There is a lot of tourists on the island so do not expect to be alone.

Our stay in Seven Seas was very pleasant; surrounded by palm trees and a picturesque beach. The rooms were nice with a traditional tropical ambience with mosquito nets and open bathroom. Having said that the place could do with some maintenance, especially the beach beds and the beach itself. They could run some environmental awareness programmes. both for the western guests as well as the locals. The beaches are littered with plastic - packets, bottles, cigarette butts etc. The Island should abolish or reduces to the minimum the use of 1 time plastic including water bottles and straws.

Koh Kradan is a quiet island far from the noise of more well known spots like Phuket or Koh Phi Phi. There is no shopping and no nightlife, just gorgeous beaches and crystal clear water and coral reeves to enjoy. The Seven Seas provides the ideal balance between quiet luxury, excellent service and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. We almost a week at the resort in early January and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Staff promptly assisted with organising trips to nearby islands without being pushy. There is also a PADI branch within the compound that will provide very nice diving/snorkelling experiences (try the Koh Rock diving trip - it is wonderful, even if you just want to snorkel). I would go back anytime!

Room and hotel was over prized compare other islands. Go to Koh lipong, prize low hotel +++++, snorkling Koh kradan was amazing.

Loistava palvelu ja avulias henkilökunta. Tilat vähän ajan saatossa kärsineet, mutta kiva resort ja puitteet. Harmi vain, että saaren parhaaksi todetussa paikassa on kuitenkin huonoin nettiyhteys, ja se toimii vain yleisissä tiloissa.

While we greatly enjoyed Koh Kradan - quite secluded and underwater was beautiful, I must say that we were quite disappointed with the hotel. It's quite run down with many of beach sunbeds already eaten up by termites and mattress covers discoloured and stained. There were many ants and insects inside of our bedroom, some of which somehow managed to get inside of mosquito nets... The bathroom is open-air, meaning we had to take a shower before the sunset, otherwise you invite all sorts of insects. Swimming pool was very small and water was always very hot and murky. I got a massage once and the experience was terrible. The masseuse was okay, but their massage parlour was in a really bad shape - dirty, unorganised etc... A bit expensive for this kind of standard... Yes, it's the best accommodation in Koh Kradan, but compared to facilities in other places in Bangkok, we thought they charged us too much especially for the airport transportation and dinner. We spent 8 nights there, but probably 2 nights would have been sufficient. Make sure you choose one of the beach bungalows, not the standard accommodation, which is in a worse state.

Good location but basic

Sevenseas has great location and beach. The room is good according to the condition of the island. But the hot water is not often, the WiFi is terrible. The food is not cheap, but the service is friendly. I enjoy my stay overall.

Stillsam vecka på paradisö

Vi stannade här en vecka i slutet av mars, och hotellet var inte fullbelagt. Vi blev välomhändertagna av personalen. Dusch och toalett var utomhus, vilket inte var några problem. Däremot låg även sk garderoben och safetyboxen där. Stor och bekväm säng som på nätterna förvandlas till en vuxen himmelsäng (pga myggnät). Det enda minuset är att det inte fanns ett bra ställe att lägga upp sina kläder utan de fick ligga i resväskan på golvet och med tanke på att det uppenbarligen finns kryp på ön så kändes det olustigt. Framför hotellets strand fick inga båtar lägga till så utsikten kunde man njuta av till fullo. Ville man svalka sig var det bara att hyra snorkelutrustning för 100 baht per dag och njuta av korallrevet och naturreservatet!

Vi hadde det kjempefint og ble tatt godt vare på på Sevenseas Resort. Veldig fin strand og vann. God mat og god service, men kanskje noe overpriset.

Super hyggeligt og dejligt hotel, med lækkert mad, og sødt personale. Vi var så glade for hotellet så vi bookede en dag ekstra og fik tildelt et nyt værelse (306) hvilket vi er helt indforstået med. De flytter bagage og om eftermiddagen kan vi så komme ind på vores nye værelse. Det der møder os er et værelse fyldt med både levende og døde myrer. Det er tydeligt at de kender til problemet for da vi opsøger receptionen sender de hurtigt en ind med noget myrespray. De hjælper kort og om aftenen/natten kribler det frem med masser af myre igen. Vi er uforstående overfor man kan sende gæster ind på et værelse hvor man ved at der er et stort problem med myre. Det er ikke ligefrem lækkert med et myrebo i sengen.

Koselig og fint resort på en idyllisk liten øy

The Sevenseas Resort var ett veldig fint hotell på en nydelig øy. Rommene var fine og det var spesielt at dusj og toalett var ute. Frokost var helt grei, men ellers var maten helt nydelig. Dette er stedet for deg som ønsker en stille og rolig ferie, ingen party plass. Anbefaler gjerne dette hotellet og denne øya til andre som har tenkt seg til Thailand

Très cher ne vaut pas le prix demandé chambre spacieuse lit immense mais selle de bain pas en adéquation robinetterie usée pleine de calcaire sur partie douche plancher bois vieillissant lavabo hors du temps et surtout ménage survolé serviette changée sur demande mais du coup pas de nettoyage non plus ... bref pas à la hauteur de la réputation si ils veulent se donner ! PDj ok
