"The employees at this hotel promised me that early check-out would be possible at a specific time that we agreed upon. However, when I came to the reception early morning it was still closed, so that I had to leave without my deposit and almost lost my ferry departure. I have now attempted to reach the hotel by email, but they do not answer after multiple requests. Would not recommend staying here. "

"Would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Koh Phanang! Right on Haad Rin beach and perfect if visiting the full moon party! Beds were comfortable and our room was spacious.
