"Service is not good. I tried emailing them and WhatsApp messaging for up to a week in advance with no response. As we were due to arrive after 8 PM and their website said if you’re arriving after eight to let the staff know because there wouldn’t be anybody at the front desk so we weren’t sure what we were going to come into turns out there was somebody there thankfully the pool is really great nice and big. "We had the most perfect stay! Everything was just as described. Do yourself a favor and order the mango shake. We didn’t even need a snorkel to see loads of fish in the swimming area. Though, I would absolutely recommend going on a snorkel boat excursion. It was so easy to schedule and the prices were very budget friendly. We reserved with the snorkel shop right on sight by the swimming area. Snorkel gear and life jackets were provided in the snorkel fee."

"Our experience at SAii Phi Phi Island Village was truly special and memorable. Even before our arrival, the team reached out to us, and I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s birthday. They went above and beyond by beautifully decorating our room—it was such a thoughtful and lovely surprise. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout our stay. We also had a small delay arriving for the boat transfer to the hotel, and to our surprise, they kindly made an exception and waited for us. That gesture truly made a difference and set the tone for the rest of our stay. We really loved the resort’s facilities, and one highlight was dining at the international restaurant in the evening—the lobster was absolutely delicious. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast, which could benefit from better presentation and overall refinement. Aside from that, the included activities are a huge plus—we went kayaking and had so much fun. It’s definitely a destination worth visiting, and we would happily return."

"The resort and rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very peaceful. The private beach added to the relaxing experience, making it a great place to unwind away from the crowd. However, the resort is around 30 minutes away from the main pier and market area, and each round trip can cost approximately 1800 THB. Also, since water taxis are generally unavailable after sunset, you’ll need to return to the resort before 6 PM. If you’re looking for a quiet and private getaway, this place is definitely worth considering. But if you prefer exploring markets, nightlife, and staying out late, the location may feel a bit inconvenient. Overall, it was a decent experience."

"Everything was great but the bartender was very off putting, he literally shock his head at me when I ordered a diet coke. Everyone else was amazing and I tried to see if it was just me but my friend got the same treatment. So I tried again the next day and again he acted as though I was bothering him to do his job. I try to be super polite and empathetic to wait staff as someone who has worked in that line of work I know it can be stressful. Anyway I love everything and everyone else at this property but that experience really bummed me out and sort tarnished the whole thing."
