My wife and I enjoyed our stay here while passing through Ko Phi Phi. The hotel is centrally located right in the heart of town and within easy walking distance to everything. The rooms were simple but clean, and the AC blew nice and cold - perfect for the island heat. A big shout-out to the front desk as well; they were incredibly helpful in receiving my international driver’s permit that had to be mailed from Canada after I forgot it before the trip. Great service and a very convenient place to stay!

I had to book this place last minute & I’m so glad I did. Had the cutest decor! The smoking area was very cute and convenient with a beautiful view from the top floor, easily accessible right by all of the activities/ shopping center in phi phi. I would definitely stay again. 10/10 service.

Great location close to everything and rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside was the noise from the bars which went on until about 2am, so if you’re not a night owl/party animal then bring ear plugs!

Only good thing was close to everything. Hotel was noisy when people in hall and nearby. Bathroom ridiculously small, and shower barely had water pressure. I would not recommend to anyone with means to get a nicer place, and pay more. If my wife had been with me, no way would i have booked it.

Great location in a central area of Koh Phi Phi, on a main street, right by many shops and restaurants, and very close to the main beach where all the clubs/bars are. Staff is friendly, helpful, and happy to help with getting luggage from/to the pier. Was a little noisy at night, but that is true for all hotels in this area of Koh Phi Phi. Hotel and room was one of the cleanest I've stayed in on this island and decor/furnishings appear to be pretty new.

The resort we were staying at was not available our first night ao we decided to try this hotel for one night. Based on the reviews we read we did not know what to expect. We found the hotel very quite and comfortable. It was clean and the service was very polite. It is about a 10 minute walk from the pier (but it is very flat) and since it is always hot it is important to find the porters at the dock (we did not and worked up a good sweat as a result). Getting from the hotel back to the dock the young men were very helpful and they insisted to take our luggage up and down the stairs for us as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed here in November 23 and returned again in February 24 so that says alot. Hotel is in a great location right in the centre of Phi Phi but it also means there is some night noise until around 2.30am from the very popular karoke bar. Our room on the 3rd floor this time was quite dated and not as well maintained as our previous 2nd floor room however the rooms are cleaned every day, the bed is comfortable and the shower works well and best of all the air con is quiet yet efficient.

I just needed a place to take a shower and sleep for the night. The hotel was adequate and served its purpose, but this is not a place I would want to stay for more than a night. It’s extremely noisy, although whatever band I was listening to until 2am was excellent. The hotel is dated and needs a refresh.

Disgusting hotel

The room was very dirty and there was mold all over the bathroom. Felt uncomfortable to sleep in because of the mold and dirt. We were desperate for a hotel for just one night, so it was fine. It was loud, but you can’t fault the hotel for that given the area. Would never stay here again and I wouldn’t recommend it even if you are desperate.

Near central party area. Loud Karaoke music until 4:00 am. A/C only works with key card, and you only get one. So every time you leave the room, the A/C shuts off and the room heats up again quickly. Staff was great though. Took our bags to the pier on time and were very kind and helpful throughout our stay.

Decent hotel - location is noisy as expected until around 2-3am. The drains situation isn’t great which I figured would be true on all of phi phi. Having moved hotel to the other side of Tonsai…it isn’t the case. It’s not awful just keep the bathroom door shut. The island are doing work to rectify the situation and good on them for it - not the hotels fault but just be aware.

The hotel is located right in the middle of the island’s hustle and bustle and is about 5-10 min walking distance from Ton Sai pier. When we arrived by passenger ferry we were picked up and our luggage was carried. The receptionist was very friendly. The hotel was recently renovated, however they left out the bathrooms. While the room itself is new (bed is comfy, too) the bathrooms are absolutely catastrophic, they must be from the 80s or 90s. Everything in the bathrooms is super old and worn down and the shower is directly next to the toilet and every time you take a shower the entire bathroom is literally flooded including the toilet bowl. It’s a very weird design. The rooms are cleaned daily, however the maids forgot to replace our towels on our second day and I had to go to the reception to request new ones. I had the feeling that I wasn’t quite believed and reluctantly handed out new towels. As the hotel is so central it is very hard to fall asleep at night, the party life only starts getting quieter around 1-2AM. I had to use ear plugs to be able to sleep. Would perhaps chose a quieter location next time and as said before, the bathrooms really spoil the experience, I still don’t understand why they were left out during the renovations.
