Wonderful breakfast buffet and our room was perfect for the three of us! Thoughtful room staff ensured we had ‘3’ of everything to make our stay very comfortable. Excellent location too! Would definitely stay there again.

The room, as anticipated, was clean and comfortable but what impressed me most was the way in which the front staff went out of their way to help. The hotel is morover easy to find some 10 minutes walk from the station and parks.

Great location. Across from the updated park. Easy to get to the center of Sannomiya. The only issue was that it smelled something when I first walked into the room. I confirmed it is a non-smoking room. I immediately turned on the AC for air circulation and the air cleaner for removing air muddiness. I went out for a few minutes, and it became okay. Otherwise perfect.

We had a three person room, with the third bed as a pull-out sofa. As you could expect, the mattress on the pull-out was pretty stiff. The room was quiet and we were super conveniently right across from the laundry room. The laundry was internet connected so no hassle with plugging in a bunch of 100 yen coins. The hotel was in a good location for getting to/from the station as well as to dining options.

部屋の掃除は2日に一回、タオルは自分で交換、正直めんどくさいので2日間でフェイスタオル1枚しか使わなかった。気を遣ってしまう。 壁にハンガーをかけれないので不便だったが快適な空間とスタッフにより満足度は高い
