総合してとても快適に過ごさせていただきました。 フロントスタッフの方々に周辺のお勧めの食事場所、観光のことなどをお伺いしましたが、あまりわからないとのこと。観光で訪れるお客様も多いと思いますので、神戸、せめてホテルの周辺のお勉強はなさっていて欲しいと感じました。

豪華絢爛で素晴らしい宿という訳ではないけれど、特にマイナスな点が見つからない良いホテルでした。綺麗に清掃もされているし、2泊しましたがタオルなどもきちんと交換していただけて、アメニティもエントランスにて各自で取るスタイルでよかったです。 お水がもらえないのが残念なのと立地も駅からは少し歩きますが、便利なところにあるため特に困りませんでした。

チェックイン時刻より40分ほど早く到着してしまった。15時まで入室できないと言われ、どこかに出かけるほどの時間はなかったのでホテルのロビーで待っていいかと聞いたら、ソファでお待ちくださいといわれた。 しかし、ロビーの数個のソファは先に来ていた外国人団体客で埋まっていて、40分間立つことになった。 (併設レストランも既に閉店時間だったし)できればチェックインで込み合う時間は、他所の椅子を動かすなどして席を増やしても良いのではないかと思う。

お部屋はカーテン開けたら隣のビルの屋上の設備等でまったく何も眺めませんでした。 シャワーの引っ掛かる所下段ネジが取れておりグルグルして上段の高い位置にしか引っ掛けられませんでした。タオルに髪の毛が付いていてちょっと不快。ドライヤーの袋にも付いていました。 製氷機に氷を取りに行くと氷が落ちる所が黒ずんでいました(カビ？) ボールペンもかすれて書けませんでした。 フロントの方たちは感じは良かったのですが宿泊客が出掛ける時の声掛け等はまったく無かったです。 ちょっと残念…
