Great hotel, positioned next to the river which provides great views. The room was great, good beds and very clean. The bathroom looked somewhat outdated, but that's just cosmetics. Breakfast was nice as well, including gluten free and lactose free options.

Nice room, Good location albeit right next to a major road. The hotel is old, the air con somewhat asthmatic and the lifts are tired but it still has a certain late 80’ies charm. Amazing view of the river

Good cleanliness❤️ and breakfast. Room beside lif was very noisy/loud and no hair conditioner, not even when specifically asking for it from reception. Complimentary minibar: sugar soda and beer only. Smiles from staff would light up any time of the day.

Okay for a short stay

If you do not attend an Event in the Congress Centre, the location of the hotel is quite inconvenient if you travel by public transportation. We think the hotel's fassade is in need of a makeover as well as the AC/Heating System. That is why we do not understand how this hotel is rated as Environment friendly. Cards made of wood do not outweigh an ancient AC. Our room had a good size and the breakfast was good, but some of the staff at the reception desk are quite unfriendly and rude. We will look for a different hotel next time we are in Koblenz.

The hotel is well located though we booked it for the secure parking. Entry to & exit from the car park is a perilous exercise with high kerbs; watch your alloy wheels or you’ll be paying more for the night away than you’d budgeted…..

A lovely hotel, nice staff. Very comfortable room and bed with tea/coffee making and fridge. Clean bathroom. The location is right on the river, unfortunately there are bridge works which make it a bit further to walk to river as some routes are closed. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the cable car and boat departures.

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok. Leider gibt es eine Baustelle vor dem Hotel, so dass der Zugang zur Uferpromenade, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen, gesperrt ist. Man muss einen rechten Umweg laufen, was wirklich nervig ist. Die Baustelle soll noch Jahre bestehen… Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, das Frühstück auch.

Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf die Festung. Innenstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet mit großer Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Duschwanne. Hier wäre uns eine richtige Dusche lieber gewesen.

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen und versprüht leider wenig Charme oder Atmosphäre. Für einen längeren Urlaubsaufenthalt fehlt es an Gemütlichkeit und einem einladenden Ambiente. Die Einrichtung erinnert eher an eine funktionale, institutionelle Umgebung als an ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen. Für eine kurze Zwischenübernachtung auf der Durchreise ist es unter Umständen ausreichend, jedoch würde ich es nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt empfehlen.
