"Room was very comfortable and clean. Loved the little fireplace in the sitting room although we did not need to use it. Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing with large variety and the staff was very helpful. Perfect location. Easy walk into town for activities or food."

"Room: cave room was comfortable and cosy. It was very warm even after I turned off the heater. I like that it is next to a quiet courtyard. The lights could come in through the large glass windows/doors so I don’t feel claustrophobic. Staff: great service. Mr. Mustafa Kemal, the night shift staff stood out for me. Very polite, friendly and kind. He looks out for the hotel guests when we are up at the area to view the balloons he also proactively offered to take photos for me which I appreciated. Breakfast spread was fabulous! Breakfast staffs were attentive and works very hard. Some hotel guests from one particular Asia country were very loud and noisy EVERY morning. One was yelling ‘Mother’ at the top of her voice. I will encourage the staff to feel comfortable to educate these guests to lower their volume so they are not a nuisance to others and ruin the quiet serenity of the environment. As tourists, we should be respectful of one another’s space. This was my second trip to Cappadocia. I would love to be back again. "

"Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable. But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!"
