"We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. After many phone calls to Expedia and the hotel the issue was sorted. The issue was with hotel’s reservation system. Also the hotel photo shown on Expedia is different to that of the actual hotel. "One of my best stays. Me and My family loved the property so much. The cottage 1001(steam view cottage) was best in privacy and large lawn around cottage to play, walk, roam around, seperate outdoor sitout, seperate big camp fire area. Only 1 drawback was driving my small hatchback car, 6 km road we have to drive kind of off road. Many places we have to drive carefully, that's it. My i10 made it without issue but initially I got it in the car bottom, in return, i tackled it carefully, so issues overall. Jeep Safari arranged by zacs valley was very much worth it. Staffs were very friendly."

"Sterling Kodai Lake amazed us! The lush green garden was beautifully maintained, and the property itself is a stunning highlight of Kodaikanal. There were many great photo spots in the facility. The service team was wonderful, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay by the lake."
