"Even for an airport hotel, this was pretty poor. Staff seemed overwhelmed with number of guests.
Water fountains weren't working even though it was a selling point, included food was horrible and staff weren't very helpful.
It was a place to sleep before the flight, but I won't be doing it again"

"Oh lord, I made a mistake! I went for the proximity to the airport and positive reviews. But it was SWELTERING in Frankfurt and there is no A/C. I asked to see the room before signing anything and the woman at reception asked repeatedly, "Why?" Eventually she let me check the room: there was one window, the bed was nicely made but there were hairs on the mattress and no fan.
