Classic country accommodations in a perfectly gorgeous location near the Lilienstein mountain. You can also walk down the hill to the Elbe and access the ferry and regional trains to easily visit other locations in the beautiful national park. Outdoor restaurant provides simple, hearty food with an amazing view of Koenigstein Castle.

Take in the scenery

A nice room in a nice hotel that is pretty remote, a long drive to get back down to Bad Schandau, however you stay there for the view which was pretty damn good. Really nice breakfast and really nice staff

Also für einen Wanderurlaub ist diese Unterkunft nur zu empfehlen! Man hat seine Ruhe man kommt per Fuss überall hin und hat eine gute Anschlussmöglichkeit zur Fähre. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit in der sächsischen Schweiz.

Bjerg hotel langt ude på landet.

Fint gammel hotel langet ude på landet, med ud sigt til skov og bjerge.om rådet er præget af vandre og cykel folk. Man får udleveret en bus billet til alle dage man er der, så kan man køre rundt til de forskellige seværdigheder, og vandre stier. Stedet er ikke for gang besværede, der er mange trapper op og ned til de forskellige niveauer inde i hotellets.

Für den Mini-Wellness Bereich muss man sich anmelden und es gibt auch nur 4 mögliche Zeiten 12, 14, 16, und 18 uhr für jeweils 1,5std nutzung , dann kommt noch obendrauf der preis von 7,50€ pro Person ziemliche Frechheit das es im Hotelpreis nicht mit drin ist. Zimmer ist soooo dermaßen veraltet man sich vorkommt wie bei den Großeltern. lediglich das Bad ist erneuert , aber für Breite Menschen ob Kopulente oder Muskelprotze zu wenig Duschplatz… die Dusche gleicht der größe einer Telefonzelle… Die Chefin sitzt an der Rezeption. Und wirkt etwas unfreundlich, in der Küche und an der Bar arbeiten scheinbar nur Tschechen, der Deutschkenntnisse miserabel sind. Man hat zwar eine schöne Aussicht aber das Preis-Leistungsverhältniss ist NULL-angemessen und die 3 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt.

Quiet clean hotel

The hotel is located deep in the heart of the Sächsische Schweiz National Park. Very quiet location. The staff is friendly and very helpful in offering ideas for hiking or day trips. Nice breakfast buffet and their restaurant offers local fare. If you're looking for a place to get away from it all,come here.

Schöne Lage, Rezeption hatte gute Tipps, Zimmer schön und geräumig, alles sehr sauber, aber Betten hart, Küche unflexibel und Koch anscheinend sehr unfreundlich, am ersten Abend hat der Kellner sich fast nicht getraut nach einer kleinen Veränderung bei der Bestellung zu fragen und außerdem wurden wir mehrmals drauf hingewiesen, auf gar keinen Fall eine Minute zu spät zu bestellen, dann würde die Küche die Bestellung nicht mehr annehmen. Zur Qualität der Küche: das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, das Abendessen von der Karte war nicht sehr hochwertig, der Salat kam auf jeden Fall aus der Tüte.

Wir wissen jetzt warum die Elbe einen Bogen um den Lilienstein macht! Gesamter Außen und Innenbereich macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Wir hatten ein Standartzimmer mit Frühstück für 135€/Nacht. Die Zimmerausstattung ist geprägt von Ostalogie. Sprälakat und ein Bad (Kabine) aus Plaste und Elaste passen nicht mehr in die Zeit und nicht zu diesem Preis, ebenso ein mini TV und ein fehlender Kühlschrank runden den Eindruck nach unten ab. WLAN ist im Hotel kostenlos vorhanden, dies gleicht den mangeldend Handyempfang dieser Gegend aus. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, von Obst bis Eierspeisen alles vorhanden, leider waren die Brötchen nur aufgebacken und wir mussten ungelogen 25min auf Kaffee warten. Das liegt daran das nur eine Bedienung(motivierte) für alle Hotelgäste eingeteilt war. Als Hauptmahlzeit A la carte hatten wir Schnitzel mit Spargel für 18,90€ . Das "Zimbo" Schnitzel war tot gebraten bzw. frittiert, die Kartoffeln hatten schon eine "Pelle", die Souce Hollandaise war klumpig und sah sehr unappetitlich aus. Die Lage direkt vor dem Lilienstein machen die Mängel des Hotels nicht weg. Darum macht es wie die ELBE.

Friendly hotel with great views and service.

This is THE hotel for the Lilienstein (and being halfway between the Elbe and the top lets you split the climb across two days if you want). The hotel is not without its quirks but the beds are comfortable, the food is very good and the staff and friendly. I’ve now stayed here twice.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen , was uns besonders gut gefallen hat . Die Aussicht vom Zimmer aus war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr gut —- alles, was das Herz begehrt !!! Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und super freundlich . Der Hund durfte überall mit Also alles in allem nichts zu meckern — wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

We probably had the Best room in this nice vacation hotel. 3 spacy rooms , balcony with perfect view directly to Koenigstein. Beautiful Walk down to the Elb and ferryboat over it to reach Koenigstein. We arrived by car. Few guest. Great cheap dinner available. Great staff. Charming and fine facilities in general, but also some parts that could be upgraded (Dark hallway to mention one. We were absolutely satisfied and can recommend the hotel.

Should be a 5/5

To start with, we don’t speak German. They had employees who spoke enough English to get us through everything. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh breads with jams and butter, cereals, bacon, eggs and more. My wife loved the hard boiled eggs. My picky kids had seconds. We also had dinner here. The Spaghetti Bolognase was better than Buca. The Wurst were tasty and well prepared. The other dish was excellent as well. (Can’t remember what it was called.) Our room had a view of the river valley and Konigstein Castle. It was close enough to Bastei for us, we drove.

Das Zimmer war mit der Kunststoff Nasszelle auf keinen Fall 106,-- Euro wert. Wir haben am Anreisetag abends im Restaurant eine Brotzeit bestellt und halbaufgetautes altes Brot bekommen. Auch zum Frühstück Sa und So gab es nur aufgetaute Brötchen. Das Hotel ist den Preis nicht wert, wir kommen nicht wieder.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage im Elbsandsteingebirge

Hotel liegt schön zwischen Königsstein und Lilienstein. Aufstieg ist anstrengend. Kleine gemütliche Zimmer allerdings mit Einbaunasszelle aus Kunststoff.
