"Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war fabelhaft . Vor dem Urlaub bekamen wir genaue Beschreibungen wie wir zum Haus finden und die Kontaktnummer von Elena (der guten Seele 🤗)wegen der Schlüsselübergabe. Das letzte Stück Fahrt zum Haus ist etwas steil ,aber gut fahrbar. Dafür war der Blick von der Terrasse unschlagbar schön. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und vor allem mit Klimaanlage.Was bei 35-37° das nächtliche schlafen sehr erträglich machte. Auch während dem Urlaub erkundigte sich...

"A lovely cottage – just as we expected from the pictures. Very comfortable and well appointed. Terri has been superb over the 2 years when we kept having to rebook this holiday – thank you Terri!. It was a lovely quiet, "get away from it all" holiday – just what we needed. Swimming in the sea or using the paddle board and boat was lovely - also the evenings admiring the view with wine. Great family holiday!

"The property is in a village with a small supermarket, bar, coffee shop and restaurant. However, I would recommend you have a car to access a greater variety of amenities and the beach. There were very few international tourists, although the the area is popular with Greeks. If you expect a tourist hot spot such on many of the the Greek Islands you will be disappointed. Most restaurants did have English menus but not all so you may need to use Google translate - if you don't speak Greek of course.We found the locals and business owners to be really friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property is well appointed with large open plan living spaces. The bathrooms are all modern. There are 3 good sized double bedrooms. The single room and the twin bedrooms are quite small. We were a family group of 9 adults and the sleeping arrangements worked fine for us. Michael is a great host. The communication with him was detailed and timely. He organised wine tasting, boat rental and restaurant bookings. "

Happiness is a cottage by the sea with independent guest house.

"We have just spent another wonderful 10 days at Terry’s house by the sea. The beach front location surrounded by rolling green hills make it the perfect place to recharge and relax. The house is stylish and comfortable and Terry is a very welcoming host. We will be back! Karen and Jon"
