Staff was friendly, but the kiosk to check-in felt less warm than a normal check-in. Room was clean and neat, the bed was hard which I've heard is possible for Japanese rooms. A bit odd that the best way to walk there from the train station was to walk through a large park, but it was fine.

We couldn’t try the breakfast because it was fully booked. The hotel has self-service laundry facilities available. The staffs are helpful and polite.

Highland Resort Hotel & Spa
The resort is kept in pristine condition, staffs are extremely friendly. The room was well stocked with complimentary water, toiletries, and slippers. Cleanliness through the room to the entire facility is top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay
