"As everywhere in Japan, staffs are alway accommodating and very helpful. Location is excellent as everything is close. It is also very roomy for the price. With that being said, this hotel room is pretty old. Carpets are old and dirty that you have to wear inner slippers to go around. Curtains are dusty so watch out when you open them up to view outside. I wouldn’t choose this hotel next time with a kid who likes to walk around bare foot. But overall, I can’t really complain."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It was a very short distance from the Hakata Eki (train station) and subway access with lots of food and shopping options. The room itself was nice and clean. We got a triple room with a standard queen size bed and the sofa turned into a twin bed but there was still enough room to place a large open suitcase on the floor. The beds were comfortable. There were also self laundry facilities and vending machines on...
