"As always great. Hotel is big, clean. Very great location, near Tivoli gardens, walking distance to the center, where palace and sightseeing places. Room is clean and spacious. SPA is amazing. Food is amazing. Staff at the front office very friendly, welcoming, so great. People at the restaurant are so great, even rememvered ys from last our visit. Definitely recommended and we woll be back"

On Arrival the children were greeted by the reception team who took them to pick a gift from the Christmas tree, this may seem like a little extra detail but meant the world to the kids! "Clean room and helpful staff. Bar downstairs with a good selection and shop, both a bit pricey. Lack of a mini fridge in room was annoying but everything else was pleasant and free luggage storage was nice. Hotel is in an incredible area, very safe and right next to tivoli, a 7-11 and bike racks for lime etc... "
