"The place was amaxing. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Very commfortable. The host was awesome with communication. The town was super cute and definatley on my list to come back in to in warmer weather."

"For the relative price, it was a nice cozy clean place. Nestled in a small old town feel area with narrow twisty windy streets and Belangerie nearby . A nice restaurant is attached to this property also. Parking is good and convenient. Checkin is a little clunky as we replied to their message twice through hotels.com in the ten hours before our arrival but no one responded to our two messages so when we arrived no one was there to give us a key to let us in. We had to spend time worrying and waiting and trying to talk to strangers in French to ask them if they knew how we could get into our room or how to contact the owner. This paid iff- after 30 minutes someone appeared but no one ever did reply to our two messages in hotels.com website. Also the bathroom has a stinky smell- I think the smell from the plumbing pipes must backup into the bathroom. It does have kitchen me our room hd multiple skylights which was nice. The three beds are acceptable except in our room they all butt up against the angled ceiling under the roof of the home so that you can easily bit your head if you sit up at night in any one of the three beds. Not a bad place but has issues. It was ok for the money. "

"Our hostess was lovely despite our language barrier. We enjoyed our stay because it was private and quiet, with convenient parking. We appreciated a fully stocked kitchen so we could cook the food we brought. The apartment was updated and very clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The house is converted in an attractive and sympathetic manner. However, we were four couples, 8 people, and the house really is not suitable for that configuration. It would be fine with children making up the numbers. The listing indicates there are three bathrooms- this is misleading. There are 2 toilets, 2 en-suite bathrooms without toilets, and a separate bathroom also without a toilet. The two top floor bedrooms are linked. One couple has privacy, the other does not. We indicated when booking that we were for couples, on more than one occasion. When we arrived the friend assisting the owner was not aware, and was surprised. "

"We could not have enjoyed our stay any more. Anny was a lovely host who made our stay extra special. The countryside is gorgeous and the breakfast each morning (included) was amazing!"

"This is the second time I’ve booked with Vrbo, and while my first experience was amazing in a villa in Corsica, this one was a huge disappointment. I genuinely don’t understand how this place can have such great reviews. It’s hard to believe that two offerings at opposite ends of the quality scale can have the same number of stars.The bathrooms had a damp smell, and the furniture was basic. Overall, it didn’t feel very clean. There was a bucket with a mop right in the middle of the kitchen, and one of the bedrooms was used for storage. There were even notes about what chores you were expected to do, and they made it clear that this wasn’t a hotel! They were happy to charge hotel prices, though, which might explain why it didn’t look very clean overall.In the end, we only stayed there to sleep and shower but it just shows that paying 900 euros for a week does not guarantee a quality stay."
